和以前的用户数据没有关系,是分别独立的。只是利用新的技术平台来维护我们形成人际网络,使心时空的朋友没有交流的平台。因为论坛现在的确落后了,维持一个活跃的论坛是一个辛苦的事情。

请问是本科生的论文吗?如果是你先找些选定主题方向的论文参考一下,然后根据自己的思路和考虑提出点对现实存在问题的解决方法或者考虑就行了。

想请教个问题,我单位领导有个想法,让我执行:准备裁掉一批老员工,比如说以5年以下为工龄的员工。裁掉后重新签劳动合同,一年一签,不想签太久,不然企业包袱太沉重。但是我遇到的问题是,不知道一次性裁剪那些员工需要做哪些补偿?谢谢。

五年以下还是五年以上我没有弄明白。另外根据你的表述好像不是裁员了,只是老板不喜欢签订长期的合同因为这样好像省钱。


下边我谈一下自己的看法:


1、如果确定公司超员了,不得以必须裁员就要做好补偿工作平稳裁员。(一年一月工资);


2、如果是部分超员就采取自然缩减的办法,冻结招聘就可以了。

多和上司沟通,了解对你的期望。多利用大家的资源和优势,特别是你上司的资源。这样做有两个好处:1、把这个工作的压力分担出去;2、众人参与会减少对培训的否面评价的。
